The staff at Living Hotel An Der Oper are competent from the front desk to chambermaids. the ambiance is quiet at the hotel. - the hotel is in a superior location next to a U-Bahn station. - It only takes around 5 minutes to walk to Heuer am Karlsplatz, where you can enjoy nice drinks.

The breakfast is savory and the rooms are modern with two bedrooms. There is a cleaning service and wake-up service available. We had a nice stay during a future visit.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Vienna, near Kaernter Strasse. Stephansdom is just 5 minutes on foot. Apartments are spacy.

Parking your car is a big problem (Generally in Vienna). The Hotel has no own parking places. Opposite Park House is very expensive (EUR 40 per day). The room cleaning schedule is somehow confusing, needs to be improved. The elevator is small, old and slow.

Responsible and exceptionally courteous staff. Magnificent view of the skyline. Magnificent setting. Cafés and restaurants are a minute walk from the hotel. The lobby offers lemon water.

The location was great. The metro for other areas was easy to use. The presence of a Spar grocery store across the street made the visit economical.

I never did figure out the dishwasher. An attendant came up to show me but it still did not work. Some instructions for the kitchen appliances would have been helpful.
